We are going to be sponsoring one lucky local skate kid through the Downingtown Skatepark Organization in the next year. If you are interested in getting sponsored add a link to your video in the comments section of this post. Our current sponsorship partners are: Axion Shoes, Effigy Skateboard, Elsewear Apparel, LoweRiders Bikes & Boards and Pusher Wheels. All submissions must be entered by Jan. 1, 2012. We look forward to your entries.
* Note: Skateboarding is subjective and we will have many people give input into the final decision, so don’t be discouraged if your not picked. We will have additional opportunities coming up in the future also.

I'm the Founder/Chair of the Downingtown Skatepark Organization and a web/graphic designer who lives in Downingtown, PA and works in Philadelphia. I've been skateboarding, snowboarding, surfing and involved with the action sports community for the majority of my life. After years of getting something for nothing, starting the Downingtown Skatepark Organization seemed like the best way for me to give something back to the community I care so much about. My Website

    I am erik williams. I am 13 years old and i scooter, i can almost 360 can land 180 bunny hop, fakies and alot of others. I can almost land a talewhip.

    Hey my names Tim Auch, not too interested in the sponsorship, but I’ve been skating for like 13 years or so now, gave up the sponsorship days when I joined the Marine Corps, but I live in Downingtown now and I just wanna help so I can see this thing built. Don’t have too much money to spare but I’d love to help set up events if at all possible. If there’s anything I can do let me know. I used to skate for Andy and Loweriders back in the day, Union Ramp Park as well, so I know Andy pretty well. Here’s a video, going on three years old though. Hope to hear from you.

    Hi my name is Gabe and i ride BMX Flatland. I am 27 and have been riding for 13 years, 10 professionally. I have been diligently training for past two years in preparation for the major international BMX Flatland events in 2012.
