Action Sports Can Be Therapeutic

Check out this article I found recently about how skateboarding has helped some veterans diagnosed with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) after returning from war.  This seems to be one of the many ways action sports can be therapeutic. http://www.skatepark.org/news/latest/skateparks-a-cure-for-post-traumatic-stress.html
